Payment Policy

Bedtara serves businesses — travel agencies, tour operators, companies, and OTA partners. Payment terms are designed for business workflows: clear invoices, bank-transfer-first settlement, and credit terms for contracted clients. The conditions stated on each booking confirmation always prevail over the general terms on this page.

Accepted payment methods

Company bank transfer (recommended)

Our standard method for business clients. Bank details are provided on the invoice or booking confirmation.

• Always include the booking reference number in the transfer description.
• Interbank processing may take 1–3 business days — allow for this against payment deadlines.

Credit and debit cards

Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX are accepted through our secure payment gateway — online in your account, or via a secure payment link we send by email on request.

Office payment

By arrangement, payments can be made by card at our office: Dong Thi Co., Ltd, 178/3 Pasteur Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Currency & invoicing

• Prices are quoted and payable in USD or VND as stated on the quote.
• For Vietnamese clients, VAT invoices are issued same-day per Vietnamese regulations, using the invoicing details you provide (company name, tax code, address, invoice email).
• All invoices are issued by Dong Thi Co., Ltd (Business ID 0306097091).

Payment deadlines

• Standard bookings: payment is due as stated on the booking confirmation — depending on the hotel and rate, this is either at confirmation or by a stated deadline before check-in.
• Group blocks and series bookings: deposit and balance schedule as stated in the quote or group agreement.
• Contracted clients with credit terms: settlement per your credit agreement (typically 10–15 days from invoice).

Late payment

Unpaid bookings may be released or cancelled after the stated deadline. For credit clients, overdue balances may incur a late fee and suspension of credit terms as set out in the credit agreement.

Refunds

Refund eligibility follows the cancellation conditions stated on each booking confirmation (see our Terms & Conditions). Where a refund is due, it is returned by the original payment method.
