Bedtara is a B2B hotel-supply platform. We process two kinds of personal data: information about the business clients who hold accounts with us, and information about the guests whose stays those clients book. This policy explains both.

What we collect

• Client account data — company details, business contact names, work email and phone, login credentials, and communication history.
• Guest booking data — supplied to us by the Client for fulfilment: guest names, stay details, and where needed contact information and special requests. Guests are our clients' customers; we receive their data on the Client's instruction.
• Transaction & invoicing data — bookings, payment records, and VAT invoicing details (company name, tax code, address).
• Website usage data — IP address, device information, and analytics cookies (we use Google analytics tools to understand site usage).

How we use it

• Guest data is used only to fulfil bookings — confirming rooms, communicating stay details to the hotel, and handling amendments or in-stay support. We do not market to guests, profile them, or use their data for any purpose beyond the booking.
• Client data is used to operate accounts, provide quotes and confirmations, issue invoices, and provide support. We may send business updates about rates, inventory, and services to client contacts, who can opt out at any time.
• We do not sell personal data to any third party.

Who we share it with

• Hotels and service providers — the guest details necessary to deliver the booked stay, and nothing more.
• Payment processors — transaction data needed to process payments securely.
• Authorities — where disclosure is required by law.

Consistent with our white-label model, we do not disclose a client's commercial relationship with us, their rates, or their guests' data to other clients or third parties.

How we protect it

• Encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) across the platform and payment flows.
• Access controls — booking and guest data is accessible only to personnel who need it for fulfilment.
• Retention limited to what booking fulfilment and Vietnamese legal, tax, and accounting obligations require, after which data is deleted or anonymized.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable Vietnamese data-protection regulations.

Your rights

• Clients can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account data (subject to legal retention duties), and can change contact preferences at any time.
• Guests can exercise the same rights over their booking data — either through the client who made the booking, or by contacting us directly.

bedtara.com uses functional cookies (login sessions, currency preference) and analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager / Analytics) to operate and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Updates

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes; the current version is always published here with its "last updated" date.
