Accounts are opened for businesses and must be registered with accurate company details by an authorized representative. The Client is responsible for activity under its account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for consumer purchases, false bookings, misuse, or unauthorized data scraping.
Rates are quoted per request from partner-hotel availability and remain subject to change until a booking is confirmed. A booking is binding only when we issue written confirmation (by email or in the Client's account). Each confirmation states the rate, inclusions, and the cancellation and amendment conditions that apply to that booking.
We accept company bank transfer and major credit cards. Contracted Clients may be granted credit terms (typically 10–15 days) under a separate written agreement. Prices are quoted in USD or VND as displayed. For Vietnamese Clients, VAT invoices are issued in accordance with Vietnamese regulations, based on the invoicing details the Client provides.
Cancellation and amendment conditions vary by hotel, rate, and season and are stated on each quote and booking confirmation. Those per-booking conditions prevail over any general statement. Cancellations and amendments must be requested in writing through the Client's account or booking channel. No-shows and late cancellations are charged according to the confirmed booking's conditions. Refunds, where due, are returned by the original payment method.
Clients may resell booked accommodation to their own customers under their own brand. Partner and net rates provided by Bedtara are confidential and must not be published or disclosed to third parties. Where a written partner agreement sets minimum advertised-rate or parity conditions, those conditions apply to the Client's public pricing.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate guest and booking information, for informing its customers of the applicable booking conditions, and for its guests' compliance with hotel rules and applicable law (including visa and entry requirements). We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Client.
Hotels are operated by independent third parties. We are responsible for accurate booking placement and for the services we directly control; we are not liable for the acts or omissions of hotels or other third parties, for events of force majeure, or for indirect or consequential losses, except where caused by our proven negligence. Our aggregate liability for any booking shall not exceed the amount paid to us for that booking.
Content on bedtara.com — including rates, availability data, text, and images — belongs to Dong Thi Co., Ltd or its partners. It may be used only for legitimate booking and resale purposes; automated scraping, republication, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
Guest and Client data is processed for booking fulfilment as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance. Bookings are governed by the Terms in force at the time of confirmation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the competent courts or by arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City.
Vietnamese
